PET STYLIST

Responsibilities:

Acquire extensive knowledge of pet grooming and handling skills
Acquire strong service and product knowledge of the entire Emi Pet service and product line
Perform exquisite grooming works with genuine caring
Practice wellness evaluation and advise the grooming services to the pet owners
Maintain the store appearance and cleanliness
Maintain and represent Emi Pet standard of pet and customer services
Review pet grooming requirements and health concern
Work with other staff to ensure alignment and efficiency of the whole team
Clean pet accommodations and perform general facility cleaning duties in a timely manner
Assist with training new staff

Requirements:

Positive, professional, creative and spontaneous attitude
Passion for pet and grooming knowledge
Certification is a plus
Expert cat grooming is a plus
Able to lift 40 pounds and handle pets of all sizes and breeds
Able to work in a team environment and respect co-workers
Enjoy interacting with people and pets
Have flexible availability

Responsibilities:

Operate basic computer software as well as manage phones and emails
Provide outstanding customer service
Check-in and check-out pet clients
Advise and assist customers with their choices of products for their pets
Acquire extensive knowledge of pet grooming, behavioral, nutrition and health
Assist with product launches, promotions and exclusive events
Maintain the boutique appearance and cleanliness
Acquire strong service and product knowledge of the entire Emi Pet service and product line
Enjoy working with the general public and build client relationships
Able to communicate in an organized and thorough manner
Assist with training new staff

Energetic and have a passion for all animals
Cat enthusiast is a plus
Certification is a plus
Able to lift 40 pounds and handle pets of all sizes and breeds
Able to work in a team environment and respect co-workers
Enjoy interacting with both people and pets
Have flexible availability and be willing to work on weekends and holidays

Perform excellent preping, bathing, drying and brushing skills
Provide attentive care to ensure the comfort and wellness of pet guests during their stay
Develop strong knowledge of Emi Pet services and products
Clean pet accommodations and perform general facility cleaning duties in a timely manner
Maintain the store appearance and cleanliness
Pay attention to details and observe animal behaviors on a daily basis
Work with other staff to ensure alignment and efficiency of the whole team
