Mobile Pet Groomer Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age for insurance purposes
Professional pet grooming experience: 2+ years (Preferred)
Clean driving record and unrestricted valid license is a must
Be able to pass a drug screening & 50 state background check
Patience and compassion for pets
Willingness and ability to work with all breeds, sizes, and behaviors
Excellent communication skills - ability to follow directions and respect colleagues
Great Time Management Skills - punctual for appointments and stay on the schedule

Administrator Responsibilities
Phone Calls - Answer all incoming phone calls and call back missed calls to schedule and maintain customer appointments and their satisfaction.
Dispatching groomer and other dispatching tasks
Able to accept credit card payments through the credit card platform.
Email - Organize and sort all emails into appropriate folders. Verify that web lead emails have been responded to by phone/email/text. Respond to customer emails. Make sure important emails have been reported to the supervisor by the end of the day.
Verify that the groomers have been uploading their receipts, payments, and photos in appropriate locations.
Verify that the groomers have properly closed the day and are sending feedback request to a customer.
Check Yelp/Google/FB reviews regularly and respond to good/bad reviews and manage overall accounts.
Fill out and access a variety of forms on behalf of the company. Scan and organize these files.
Other duties may arise from and may be assigned to the employee to meet the needs of the business.
Administrator Requirements
Experience in pet industry is a plus
Must have excellent troubleshooting skills and be an independent thinker
Candidate must be able to learn new software and use the software effectively to meet the needs of the business
Communicate effectively with customers & colleagues

Mobile Pet Bather Responsibilities

Collect payment, rebook appointment, and make notes
Fuel up the van
