Do you offer services to all sizes of dogs?
YES, full breed, mixed breed, big, small, short hair or shaggy, we will make your fur baby best in show!
Do you groom cats?
We do not offer cat grooming at this time.
Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
Yes we are a busy salon and booking an appointment at least 4 weeks ahead of time is highly recommended for full grooming services to ensure that you (and, more importantly, your pet) are not kept waiting any longer than necessary. We offer walk-in services like nail trimming and ear cleaning too.
What is your cancellation policy?
Should you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged a full service fee.
What vaccinations do you require?
In order to maintain a safe environment, we do require all pets to be current on their rabies vaccinations and to wait at least 48 hours after shots before checking in. The waiting period helps to ensure your pet isn’t sore at the injection site, which can cause irritability or lethargy. Documentation or verbal confirmation from your veterinarian will need to be provided prior to the grooming service being performed. Rabies tags are NOT accepted as proof of vaccinations. Six-month or younger puppies may receive services in the salon without vaccinations.
How often do I need to get my pet groomed?
Grooming on a regular basis is essential to maintain the overall wellness of your pets. You are recommended to have your pets groomed at least every four weeks. We are proud to offer our premier membership plan to help your pets always look their best while offering you discounts, convenience and peace of mind.
What should I do to prepare my doggies for their spa day?
Taking your puppies for a walk or at least a potty break before grooming would be very helpful to stimulate relaxation, improve their mood and enjoy their spa day.
How long does each grooming session take?
Typically each grooming session takes about an hour to three hours, but it may vary depending on the coat, breed, and the temperament of your pet. By request, we are more than happy to call you 15 minutes prior to completion to let you know it is time to pick up your pet so Fluffy can see families as soon as the spa session is done.
My dog is matted, but I don’t want him shaved. Why won’t you brush him out?
Because it hurts, A LOT! It's too painful and stressful for your dog! Brushing out matting also makes your pet dread the grooming process, as they associate being in pain with it each time. Weeks or months-worth of mat build up can not be removed in one grooming session. We will always choose humanity over vanity.
Do you accept dogs with fleas/ticks?
We are a flea/tick-free salon and do not accept dogs with fleas into the salon for grooming. If you find fleas on your pup, please contact us to reschedule your appointment 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fee and get treatment from your vet. If your pup comes to the appointment with fleas, we would have to reschedule the appointment and charge a missed appointment fee. If fleas are discovered mid-groom, an extra fee will be charged to cover the cost of flea/tick bath for your pup, and the fumigation and extra cleaning & treatment of the salon & salon equipment.
What payment method do you accept?
For your convenience, we accepted all major credit cards, debit cards and cash.
